By reading Rachel's book you will be encouraged to never give up even as your journey seems insurmountable.
She holds an Associates of Arts degree in early childhood education and is certified as a Basic Life Support Provider through the American Heart Association.

The
Journey
Rachel wanted to give the readers hope and to empower them to break the chains of mental illness. God was there in their circumstance. Although they are in the crucible of crisis, they can still persevere and overcome. She wants them to know that they can do more than survive, they can thrive.
Grace That Kept Me is a raw and honest memoir chronicling Rachel Reeves's thirty-year journey with mental illness and the grace that carried her through the darkest seasons. Through vulnerable storytelling, Rachel shares how faith, medication, and the people God placed in her path worked together to bring healing.
This book is an invitation to hope, showing readers that no matter how deep the struggle, their story isn't over and their destiny isn't determined by their challenges.
She is writing this not as someone on the outside looking in but from a personal perspective.
